In the early morning, you will board one of the most traditional boats of Venice, the Bragozzo, from the evocative Ponte dei Tre Archi. From here you will be carried by the wind towards the islands north of Venice.

Along the way, you will be able to observe unique displays of fishing nets and rods set among the sandbanks before landing at Mazzorbo where you will visit the Cantina Venissa. After a relaxing walk in the gardens, you will arrive at Burano with its characteristic houses distinguished by their brightly painted facades. You will find your Bragozzo waiting for you when you arrive at Piazza Galuppi. From there, you will depart in the direction of the Island of San Francesco del Deserto, a green island in the middle of the lagoon. While you are near the island, you will be delighted by a food and wine tasting aboard where you can enjoy a selection of typically Venetian products DOP (Protected Designation of Origin).Once you have arrived on the island, your personal guide will accompany you to the convent of the Friars Minor, founded in 1220 by San Francesco d'Assisi, and inhabited to this day by friars. While returning, you will travel along the coast of the Island of Sant'Erasmo, and a last stop at the Arsenale di Venezia, the ancient dockyard where the ships were built for the Serenissima Repubblica (the Most Serene Republic of Venice). You will finally disembark your Bragozzo at the point of your original departure with best wishes from Dragonfly Tours for an evening as pleasurable as it was your day spent with us.
