On this tour you will have direct access to some of the world's most important artistic site : The Vatican Museums and Saint Peter's Basilica.

As you disembark, there will be a private car with a driver waiting for you who will accompany you to the Vatican Museums. With no waiting in any queues, your guide will  escort you through the Museums (for approximately 3 hours) showing you the principal works of art from the celebrated Stanza dei Candelabri, Stanza di Raffaello, Borgia Apartment, and last, but not least, the Sistine Chapel. With its vault painted by Michelangelo Buonarroti, this building remains a significant point of reference in the world of art. As Goethe said, "Without having seen the Sistine Chapel, it wouldn't be possible to form an idea of what a man is able to achieve." With direct access, the tour continues on to Saint Peter's Basilica and its treasures: in particular, you will be able to admire Michelangelo's splendid "Pietà'". Then, it is time to relax with a typical Roman lunch, and finally,  you will walk immersed in the history of Rome, the "Caput Mundi" as the Eternal City was defined since the ancient times. This walking tour will feature Castel Sant'Angelo, the "Palazzaccio" (the Palace of Justice) and the Ara Pacis (the Altar of Peace).

At the conclusion of this exhilarating day you will be accompanied back to your ship.
